Operating out of Complete Post (CP) in 2013 Kylie recognised the changes happening in the media landscape, as the industry began shifting towards smaller boutique post-production companies. Working together with CP CEO, she established a production division of the company called Buster. This initiative was successfully designed to leverage in house skills while simultaneously increasing revenue.
Navigating the intricacies of pre-production, production, and post-production phase was a natural next step. Known for meticulous planning and her resourceful management skills, Kylie effectively produced numerous projects, bringing creative visions to life with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
A comprehensive understanding of the industry and keen eye for detail, has led to the successful execution of diverse and compelling content. Kylie continues to develop in the world of live-action, blending artistic vision with logistical prowess to deliver memorable and impactful productions.
