Pre-Production: AI pre-visualisation, lighting references and shot planning. Client and stakeholder management, budgeting, crewing, studio management and PPM. Technically complex shoot planning, including a 4-wall green screen and lighting rig hung from the studio truss, a circular camera track, storyboards and animatic, and wardrobe.
Casting & Talent: Sourced and cast a diverse multigenerational family of 6, from child lead to grandparent. Managed auditions, contracts, releases, parental communications, school exemptions, WWCC, child employment permits and on-set safety.
Production: Produced a practical green screen live-action and stills shoot with real talent at Camvan Studio, managing crew, talent and client on set, with capture planned for CG game environments in post. The shoot supplied a 90" master, cut-downs and key visuals for global release across cinema, broadcast, digital, social and print
