Snick and Willow is a 3D animated series (13 x 11 minutes) for global audiences aged 7 to 12. It follows Snick, a curious critter, and Willow, their spirited companion, through a magical world, championing resilience, teamwork and creativity. It's diverse cast and inclusive storylines promote multiculturalism and gender equity.
Developed and produced the series as an Australian and Indian co-production with Viskatoons and Xentrix, leading teams across time zones and cultures. Implemented custom production technologies to streamline timelines and optimise budgets.
When funding shifted mid-production, pivoted to securing the project’s future. Researched and wrote successful government grant applications for animation development, an AR video game and launch events, prepared and authored investment materials with M&A advisors for private equity, and built successful commercial partnerships with Cricket Australia, the International Cricket Council and Seven West Media.
